The piece that ties it together

A few shelves on a wall are nice. A bridge between them is what turns them into a route, giving a cat a longer run and a reason to keep moving. The gentle curve keeps the line soft, so it looks like considered joinery rather than gym equipment bolted to the wall.

Single or double

The single bridge spans a short gap. The double stacks two levels for a taller climb or a busier household with more than one cat wanting the high ground at once. Both carry rungs for grip and can be wrapped in jute.

Cut and finished by hand

Every piece is cut from birch plywood and finished by hand, so the grain stays visible and the edges stay smooth. It mounts to the wall on concealed hardware for a floating look, and the fixings come in the box.

From a family workshop in Kyiv

Cats Joys is a family workshop in Kyiv, Ukraine. It started the way a lot of good things do, with one cat, Oscar, and the wish to build him a corner of his own. The first house and scratcher went up on the family's own wall, the cat approved, and the studio grew from there. Every piece is still cut, sanded, and oiled by hand, and it has earned a following: a 4.9 rating across hundreds of reviews.
