A route up the wall

Three round steps let you draw a climbing path wherever the wall allows, staggered for a gentle ascent or spaced wide for a confident jumper. They work as the way up to a house or bridge, or as a standalone scramble for a cat that likes to be high.

Jute tops for grip

The jute surface gives extra purchase for cats that take the wall at speed, and doubles as somewhere to scratch. When the tops eventually wear, they can be redone.

Cut and finished by hand

Every piece is cut from birch plywood and finished by hand, so the grain stays visible and the edges stay smooth. It mounts to the wall on concealed hardware for a floating look, and the fixings come in the box.

From a family workshop in Kyiv

Cats Joys is a family workshop in Kyiv, Ukraine. It started the way a lot of good things do, with one cat, Oscar, and the wish to build him a corner of his own. The first house and scratcher went up on the family's own wall, the cat approved, and the studio grew from there. Every piece is still cut, sanded, and oiled by hand, and it has earned a following: a 4.9 rating across hundreds of reviews.
