Re-Sisal Service
Send the worn post from your Sophisticated Scratch scratcher or tree back to the workshop and have it re-wrapped with fresh sisal.
Final/Total cost shown at checkout
When the sisal on your scratcher or cat tree wears through, you do not need a new piece. Detach the stalk from the base to keep postage down, send it in with your reference number, and the workshop re-wraps it and returns it within about two weeks. Return postage is included.
Choose the sisal size to match your original, Ocelot, Sundra, Jaguarundi, or Pantanal, all in 12mm. As a guide, 12mm sisal typically lasts a single cat at least three years.

Made in Devon
Sophisticated Scratch is a small family workshop in Devon, England, at work since 2017. Each piece is cut and built to order by hand from sustainable English oak, so the wait is a little longer than a mass-market post and no two are quite alike.
Why oak and sisal
Solid oak gives the weight that keeps a scratcher from tipping when a cat throws itself at it, and the sisal rope is the texture cats actually want to work. The natural oak limbs mean the grain and shape vary from one to the next, which is the point.
Free UK delivery from the maker; shipping to you is calculated at checkout.
It is the reason these posts are worth buying: the oak frame lasts, and only the rope is renewed.
