Cat60 Cat House

An award-winning cube of a cat house, pierced with round openings so a cat can duck inside, watch the room and reach a paw through to you.

Cat60 is the piece that put the Brando Collection on the map, an iF Design Award winner that reads as a small sculpture and works as a proper den. Architect Pierangelo Brandolisio kept it to one clean cube with two open sides and circular cut-outs, so a cat tucked inside can still see out and you can still reach in for a scratch. It carries a quiet sixties vibe, and it is made to sit off the floor, raised on the Cavaliere pedestal or fixed to the wall with the Sire support, at the height cats actually want. Take it in brushed solid oak, non-brushed solid walnut, or satin white plexiglass that wipes clean and holds up indoors or out.

The Brando Collection is the work of architect Pierangelo Brandolisio, who draws each piece as furniture in its own right rather than pet gear parked in a corner. Everything is made in Italy with selected materials and real craft, from oil-finished birch plywood and solid walnut to corten steel and hand-woven rattan.

Proportions, materials and details are worked out around how a cat actually rests, hides and climbs, so the piece holds its own in a considered room and still gives your cat somewhere it wants to be.
