The Overlook takes everything cats love about the smaller Grotto and gives it more room to breathe. Across three distinct privacy levels it suits a multi-cat home, with several ways in and out of every resting area so no cat gets cornered. A ladder helps smaller cats reach the middle level, and the hammocks are spaced to leave gaps on either side for interactive play between cats at different heights.
Bamboo panels carry the signature triangle cutouts for sightlines and hunting practice, and a Window Panel upgrade widens the view on the second level. Down low is a cozy, private space with peek-through windows. The middle adds a solid bamboo shelf topped with a removable plush faux fur pad and two walls for moderate cover. Up top, an extra-large heavyweight canvas hammock delivers the big panoramic seat, a 16 inch jump up with an easy drop back to the floor.
It is made from solid sustainable bamboo, metal poles, heavyweight canvas, and premium plush faux fur, and the soft parts come off for washing and swap out when they wear.
