The largest tree in the range, standing 185cm and spreading 165cm wide, anchored by a massive solid oak log-slice base with detailed growth rings. Each of the three tiers is upholstered in real sheepskin, in ivory or natural brown.
You can add a built-in hand-wrapped 12mm sisal scratcher at no extra cost, or leave it off, and it releases tool-free for re-sisaling. A signature Rodney Rat or Fluff Ball toy is handmade to match your sheepskin. At 36kg it arrives fully assembled in a protective wooden crate, with a two-year guarantee.

Sophisticated Scratch is a small family workshop in Devon, England, at work since 2017. Each piece is cut and built to order by hand from sustainable English oak, so the wait is a little longer than a mass-market post and no two are quite alike.
Why oak and sisal
Solid oak gives the weight that keeps a scratcher from tipping when a cat throws itself at it, and the sisal rope is the texture cats actually want to work. The natural oak limbs mean the grain and shape vary from one to the next, which is the point.
