Musse Toy

Musse is a wand-style teaser made by hand from a leather strap and wooden elements, dressed with natural bird feathers and a bit of faux fur. That mix is the point. Feathers flutter and dart in a way cats read as prey, and the fur adds a texture worth pouncing on, so the toy keeps working long after the novelty of a plainer one wears off.

You supply the movement, the toy supplies the instinct. Flick it low along the floor or arc it overhead and a cat locks on. It comes in Silver and Brown.

Labbvenn is a Norwegian studio whose name means paw friend, and the line follows a simple Scandinavian idea, that the things a cat uses every day should be as quiet and well made as the rest of the home. Each piece is produced in Europe from natural materials rather than molded plastic.

The soft pieces use Oeko-Tex certified cotton and wool, the hard pieces solid wood and ceramic, chosen to age well and to stay safe against a cat's skin. Nothing is loud, nothing is disposable, and every object is drawn to sit in plain sight rather than be hidden away.
