How it works
Pick the type you want, then send us the exact name, wording, or photo. Each piece is drawn and cut to order, so give the spelling a careful check before you send it. Because it is made just for you, personalization cannot be returned.

Shipping and returns
Shipping is free, with import duties and taxes included, so there is nothing extra to pay at delivery. Most orders arrive within 8 to 12 days.Returns are accepted only if the wrong item arrives or the item is faulty. Because each piece is handcrafted to order, we cannot take back items for other reasons. Please contact us first and we will make it right.
