For the cats still waiting
Everything we sell is for cats who already have someone. This page is for the ones who do not, yet.
A portion of what we make goes to cats still looking for a home of their own.
We built giving in before we sold a thing, because the version where you wait until it is convenient tends to arrive never. So it is simple. A share of what every order brings in, whether the piece is ours or bought through one of our partners, goes to cats in rescue.
We will not dress up the size of it. We are new, and at the start the amount is small. It grows as the shop grows, and we would rather tell you that plainly than quote a number meant to impress you.
We are talking to rescues now, the kind doing the unglamorous work of feeding colonies and getting cats spayed and finding foster homes. We want one we can stand behind and stay with, not a logo we borrowed for a launch.
When it is settled, this page will name them, and tell you what your orders actually pay for. Until then we would rather promise less and keep it than promise more and hope.
