Giveaway Rules

1. Sponsor

Aesthi Technologies Inc., doing business as The Meow Picks ("Sponsor"), 124 Broadkill Rd, Suite 371 Milton, DE 19968 United States. Questions: hello@themeowpicks.com.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry period

The Giveaway runs in recurring calendar-quarter periods. Each "Entry Period" begins on the first day of a calendar quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1) and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last day of that quarter (March 31, June 30, September 30, December 31). Each Entry Period is a separate drawing.

4. How to enter

Email entry: submit your email address through the sign-up form on themeowpicks.com. This adds you to Sponsor's email list and enters you in the current Entry Period.

Free alternate entry, no email sign-up required: hand-print your full name, email address, mailing address, age, and the words "The Meow Picks Quarterly Giveaway" on a 3x5 card and mail it to the Sponsor address in Section 1, postmarked within the Entry Period and received within 5 days of the Entry Period's end.

Limit one (1) entry per person per Entry Period, regardless of method. Entries from anyone already on Sponsor's email list carry over automatically for as long as they remain subscribed.

5. Drawing and odds

Within seven (7) days after each Entry Period ends, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner at random from all eligible entries received during that period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Prize

One (1) prize per Entry Period: a digital The Meow Picks gift card valued at USD $100. The prize is not transferable and no cash or other substitution is offered, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

7. Winner notification

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address entered. The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of the notification to claim the prize. If the potential winner does not respond within that time, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize the winner consents to Sponsor's use of their first name and last initial and city and state to announce the winner, without additional compensation.

9. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Entering the Giveaway is not a condition of purchasing anything from Sponsor.

10. General conditions

Sponsor may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or violates these Rules, and may modify, suspend, or end the Giveaway if it cannot be run as planned. The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media or email platform. All federal, state, and local laws apply. This promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Sponsor is located.
